Bruce M. Topolosky Interim CEO

Bruce M. Topolosky is Managing Partner of Bruce Michael and Associates,Consultants, LLP, specializing in providing management consulting services to healthcare providers, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, financial review, operations assessment, organization development and facility planning, construction and implementation as well as Partner and Chief Strategic Officer of T2MED.  He served as President and CEO of Barnert Memorial Hospital Center in Paterson, NJ and as Executive V.P. and COO and later as Acting President and CEO at Robert Wood Johnson-University Hospital, and COO of Long Beach Memorial Hospital and the affiliated HRF.  Topolosky has a Masters in Health Care Administration from Long Island University and formally, a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in NY.  He is a U.S.  Navy & Marine Corps combat veteran having served with honors in Viet Nam.  He resides in Madison, CT.

WILLIAM KOWALEWSKI – Vice President / Mary Wade Healthcare

William (Bill) Kowalewski, Vice President of Mary Wade Healthcare, holds a Master of Public Administration Health Policy and Management from New York University and a BS in Mathematics. Most recently serving as the Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Administrator and VP of Aging Services at Central Vermont Medical Center (CVMC) and before that as Executive Director of the Southington Care Center, he has also sat on several boards including serving as Treasurer of the national American Lung Association, President of the New York Lung Association, and board member of the Alzheimer’s Association of Connecticut.
With over 20 years experience in senior administrative roles in rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, Bill is excited to focus his passion for fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes exceptional care for our residents.

VALERIE SANTOS – Vice President Employee Relations

Shaun Mastroianni- Vice President Chatham Place at Mary Wade

Shaun joins our team with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience in senior living and rehabilitation operations. Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Administrator at Connecticut Baptist Homes, he is known for improving performance, strengthening teams, and driving financial turnarounds.

He has led major initiatives including an $8 million renovation and the launch of a memory care unit that reached 100% occupancy within eight months. Shaun holds an MBA from the University of New Haven, is a Connecticut Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and serves on the board of Covenant Homeless Shelter of New London.

IVETTE OLIVERAS – Property Manager

Ivette joined Mary Wade in 2013 as a Leasing Assistant and was promoted just four months later to Property Manager of Chatham Village, the residential properties located on the Mary Wade campus. Known for her leadership and dedication, she has played a vital role in strengthening Mary Wade’s connection to the Fair Haven community.

For several years, Ivette has helped lead the annual Fair Haven Community Parade and organize events that bring together residents, families, local organizations, and older adults. She has also helped create meaningful partnerships with local universities and community groups to foster intergenerational experiences for Mary Wade residents.

Outside of work, Ivette is a devoted wife and mother of three and is currently in the process of adopting a fourth child. Her passion for community, service, and family continues to make a lasting impact throughout Fair Haven and the Mary Wade community.

Maria Olmo- Vice President of Residential Care Home

Maria is a respected community leader, advocate for older adults, and senior care professional with more than 25 years of experience. As Director of Residential Care Services at Mary Wade, she leads with compassion and a guiding philosophy of doing everything with love.

Having served in nearly every level of senior care—from Home Health Aide and Resident Associate to Care Coordinator and Director—Maria brings a deep understanding of the needs of older adults and their families.

A dedicated community advocate, Maria has served on the Fair Haven Aldermanic Electoral Committee, Fair Haven Day Committee, LeadingAge Connecticut and Rhode Island Residential Care Home Council, and other community initiatives. At Mary Wade, she has strengthened the Residential Care Home through resident ambassador programs, a resident-run store, faith services, and the Boardman Choir—creating opportunities for connection, purpose, and community.
