  • Protecting the Elderly

February 6th, 2018 by Kara Hunter

WTNH NEWS 8 - At Mary Wade our goal is to strive to provide high quality care and services to the elderly. Within that goal our top priority is the health and safety of every client that we serve. This includes protecting our elderly from all forms of abuse especially financial. Mary Wade has several processes and procedures in place to ensure that our elderly clients are treated fairly financially. One of our services we offer is what we refer to as resident trust. This is run similar to a bank account except the residents do not have to go out to the bank to retrieve the funds they need. Also with a resident trust account our residents can pay bills and order items. Every transaction in a resident trust account must be approved by a resident or an authorized  responsible party
