ALZHEIMER’S & DEMENTIA CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP
We understand the challenges you face in caring for someone suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease or other memory related disease. Our Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregivers Support Group is held the second Wednesday of each month, 10 – 11:30 a.m. This support group is led by one of Mary Wade’s specially trained and certified clinicians. Join other family members and care givers to learn more about the disease, share personal experiences and learn about the resources that are available to care for your loved one.
HOSPICE AND END-OF-LIFE CARE
Mary Wade provides a dignified, compassionate, and welcoming home for you or your loved ones during the last years of life.
The need for hospice care, comfort care, and palliative care arises when an end-of-life illness presents itself and medical treatment no longer offers viable solutions. Mary Wade’s devoted team of caregivers and specialists facilitate pain-free comfort at this most difficult and sensitive, yet precious time of life.
