That’s why we offer homes for lease—so that our seniors can enjoy all the perks of a community environment…while still maintaining their independence.
Seniors who choose to lease our independent homes get the best of both worlds. While enjoying a private residence, they also get to participate in Mary Wade’s:

Our rental homes offer seniors 55+ the ability to participate in our vibrant community, while still maintaining their independence.
Chatham Place at Mary Wade Assisted Living and Memory Care offers assisted living and memory care for seniors who need some additional assistance and support.
Seniors residing in Chatham Place at Mary Wade still maintain their independence with their own apartments and living spaces. But they are right on campus with our highly trained medical and support staff there to help out 24/7 as needed.

Whether you want to be in a safe environment, eat less frozen dinners, or just enjoy privacy while having opportunities for socialization, Mary Wade’s residential living is ready to support you.
Our residents’ independent spaces are designed with medical support in mind, and our staff is on call to provide 24/7 care.
We also plan field trips and activities for seniors of every capability, to make getting out enriching rather than a chore.
Whether you’re just recovering from a surgery or illness, or need long-term assistance, our skilled nursing center makes you feel right at home.
The care we provide in skilled nursing varies greatly, but it all centers around the person and providing dignity at every stage.
We are well prepared for those times when members of our community have more serious medical concerns, including end-of-life conditions.
