His impressive achievements include leading an $8 million renovation and launching a memory care unit that reached 100% occupancy within eight months, all while managing budgets exceeding $16 million and turning net losses into seven-figure gains.

Beyond his professional expertise, Shaun is a dedicated community leader, serving on the board of Covenant Homeless Shelter of New London. He holds an MBA from the University of New Haven, along with his Connecticut State Administrator License and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) designation.
