A familiar face and longtime member of the Chatham Place community steps into a new leadership role.

Chatham Place at Mary Wade is pleased to announce that Shesley Rodriguez has accepted the position of Director of Chatham Place, stepping into the role previously held by Shaun Mastroianni.

For Shesley, this is more than a new leadership position—it is an opportunity to continue serving a community she has been part of since the very beginning. Shesley previously served as Director of Assisted Living and has been with Chatham Place since the community opened. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the senior living industry and a deep understanding of the residents, families, and staff who make Chatham Place home.

Shesley believes exceptional care begins with open communication, compassion, and a strong sense of community. In her new role, she will oversee the daily operations of the entire Chatham Place community while continuing to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

“I believe that listening, communicating openly, and being present are essential to creating a community where residents feel supported and valued,” Shesley says.

As she steps into her new role, Shesley wants residents and families to know that she is here for them. Her door is always open, and she looks forward to connecting with residents and family members and continuing to make Chatham Place a place where people feel at home.
