Chatham Place at Mary Wade Announces New Director of Assisted Living

April 15, 2026

We are pleased to share that Shesley Rodriguez has accepted the position of Director of Assisted Living at Chatham Place at Mary Wade.

Assisted living plays a critical role in supporting older adults who value independence but benefit from personalized assistance with daily activities. A strong assisted living program promotes safety, enhances quality of life, and fosters meaningful connections—ensuring residents feel supported, engaged, and at home within their community.

In her new role, Shesley will oversee the daily operations of Assisted Living, including leadership of our CNA and life enrichment programming teams, as well as management of transportation services for all residents. Her focus on coordination and consistency will help ensure a seamless and supportive experience for those we serve.

Shesley has been a valued member of the Chatham Place community since its opening, most recently serving as Wellness Administrative Assistant. With more than 10 years of experience in the senior living industry, she brings both institutional knowledge and a deep understanding of resident needs to her leadership role.

Shesley, alongside Jessica Soto, Director of Memory Care, shares a strong commitment to building meaningful partnerships with residents, families, and staff. Together, they are focused on fostering open communication, collaboration, and trust across the community.

Please join us in congratulating Shesley on her new role—and we encourage you to stop by and welcome both Shesley and Jessica to their leadership positions.
