Mary Wade is pleased to announce that Carmen Rosemond has been named Director of Assisted Living at Chatham Place.

Carmen brings a unique perspective to her new role, having worked at Mary Wade for the past three years in a variety of positions across the organization. Her experience includes serving as Digital Marketing Specialist, RCH Administrative Assistant, and Assisted Living & Memory Care Programming Assistant.

A lifelong connection to the New Haven community, Carmen is a local resident and graduate of Hill Regional Career High School. Her experience at Mary Wade has allowed her to work closely with residents, families, and staff while gaining a broad understanding of the community and the people who call it home.

Carmen is deeply passionate about the senior population and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Her experience working directly with residents, combined with her understanding of Mary Wade’s mission and community, provides a strong foundation as she takes on her new leadership role.

As Director of Assisted Living, Carmen looks forward to getting to know the residents and families of Chatham Place and building strong relationships within the community.
